If you have kids you will know a family photo is the hardest task you will ever encounter in your life! You have to take about a million of the same pose, as there will always be one of the kids not wanting to smile... they will all take it in turns not to want to cooperate and in the end, you get the one picture with a few yellow smiles that just has to do. 😊This, my people, was an accomplishment!

Welcome to my website and thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit more about who I am and what I do!

My name is Paula Garcia dos Santos, and I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 17 years. I have done everything from gym instructing to group exercise classes (any that you can think of!) and Personal Training. In fact, I still teach group classes and I'm obviously still a Personal Trainer. I just love my job and can't imagine myself doing anything else! I specialise in Pre & Post Natal, Weight Loss, Body Conditioning and Pilates. Fitness has brought so many positive changes to my life, that I feel it's my mission to help other women feel how I feel and find their mojo and zest for life. I want to help you fall in love with looking after yourself!

As a mother of four, I understand how hard it can be balancing work, children, and fitness. I can totally relate! I know it's not easy and that sometimes it's all too overwhelming. I've been there. I know it's hard to try to fit everything into your day, especially when there is no structure and you don't really know where to start. That’s what inspired me to create my online fitness business.

Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to offer Fitness Coaching and for you to achieve a life-changing transformation. It can be used by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, flexibility and affordability. Just perfect for busy mums and women everywhere. Imagine having your own full-time coach you can access when you need and when it's convenient for you!

Whether you are looking to reduce your body fat, build a toned body, improve your posture, or trying to get back on track after having a baby, I can cater for your needs and provide a customised training plan and nutritional advice tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

I just love empowering my clients through health and fitness and will provide you with the tools and guidance that you need to help you reach the results you are looking for.

Whilst focusing on your specific goals, my aim is to make your sessions not just challenging but also enjoyable and achievable.
